Lead times
Almost every product on the site is a stocked Blue Seal line held in our UK distribution partner's warehouse. Typical dispatch and delivery windows:
- UK mainland (stocked)
- 2–5 working days
- Highlands & Islands
- 5–8 working days
- Northern Ireland
- 5–8 working days
- Non-stocked / built to order
- 3–6 weeks
If a piece of equipment is on back-order we'll email you the ETA within one working day of the order and you can cancel at any point before it ships.
What "kerbside" means
Commercial kitchen equipment is bulky and heavy — a 70-litre fryer or a six-burner range arrives on a pallet via a tail-lift lorry. Kerbside delivery means the driver will:
- • Lower the pallet to the pavement or loading bay outside your premises.
- • Wait while you inspect the packaging and sign the proof of delivery.
- • Take the pallet away if you'd rather not keep it.
Moving the equipment indoors, up stairs, and into position is not covered by the standard service. If your site needs a two-person lift or stair-climb, get in touch before ordering and we'll quote for white-glove delivery.

- 1
Pre-delivery call
The courier texts and phones the day before with a two-hour slot.
- 2
Inspect before signing
Check the outer packaging for damage. If anything looks crushed or punctured, note it on the POD or refuse the delivery — it protects your warranty claim.
- 3
Tell us within 48 hours
Report any transit damage or shortages via our contact form within two working days so we can raise it with the carrier.
